Ana is a Medical and Technical Writer with an interesting background:  She studied Biomedical Engineering in Lisbon, Portugal and completed her Ph.D. in Neuroscience at the University of Geneva. Afterwards, she worked as a Post-doc in Geneva and Aarau, and in the meantime did a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Nutrition at ETH Zurich. She started working as a freelance Scientific Writer and put more focus on this path after her daughter was born. At machineMD she is working on the clinical evaluation and clinical investigation of our first device, Neos, where Ana sees a huge potential. At machineMD she will have the opportunity to be involved in several types of tasks and projects, where she can apply her skills and learn new ones. She already feels very connected and aligned with the team, the culture and the vision of machineMD.
